Abbi wins 1st Prize at her Village Show

Abbi wanted to give her husband to be a wedding present he would cherish forever-a portrait of his 14 year old dog. 


Abbi who had never painted before asked me if I could teach her to paint, I said I could, and 2 days later this was her finished painting. 


Her family & friends were so impressed they encouraged Abbi to enter her painting into the Capel St Mary Village show. Abbi was thrilled when she received first prize !!


When she was at school the art teacher said "Abbi dont give up typing because you will never be an artist"....how wrong was he !!!!!

I could never paint

Richard has been registered blind for as long as I can remember and I've known him for over 47 years. 


He called my " Bluff " one day when I said 


Richard, the Bob Ross Technique (TM) is so good I could teach a blind man to paint. 


                                     He said  " I'm blind teach me".............................





This photograph is a tribute to Richard and his determination to prove that if you want to do something you can and HE DID !! 


The only time that I touched his canvas was to put it on his easel and frame it when he had finished. So for all of you out there who say........................
